Mrs. Lockwood is a native of Washington State, born and raised in Spokane. She graduated from Bellarmine Preparatory in Tacoma, Washington in 2000. In 2003, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and in 2008 she received her Master's degree in education from Old Dominion University.
This will be Mrs. Lockwood's third year teaching Middle School at St. Nicholas. Mrs. Lockwood’s principle goal in the classroom is to promote a positive learning environment of openness, mutual respect, and inquiry.
Outside of St. Nicholas, Mrs. Lockwood enjoys spending time with her family. Mrs. Lockwood was married to Donald, a U.S. Navy sailor in Perth, Western Australia in 2003. She has two young children, Benjamin and Natalie, both of whom attend St. Nicholas.
