Mrs. Kristen Kanno

Mrs. Kanno graduated from Peninsula High School and went on to UW Tacoma. Before having kids, she worked as a bookkeeper and marketing manager for a local developer and was a stay at home mom after having kids. Mrs. Kanno and her husband have two children (Balin & Quin).

In 2015 she took over the Hands-On-Art program, and in 2016-2017 was the recess monitor and substitute teacher in the St. Nicholas afternoon enrichment program. She fell in love with teaching Preschool/Pre-Kindergarten and felt this was her true calling.

“I feel blessed to be a part of our community that has made such a difference in my children's lives. I strive to provide a loving, safe, and fun environment to nurture life long learners!” - Mrs. Kanno
